eeerrmmmm I think it’s v. different
like I can see why people don’t like it because it has gone downhill and the storylines are silly and too complex, with unnecessary links over the whole series
however, saying that I still look forward to the episodes because it’s “Doctor Who” and I like it so it’s kind of like I don’t WANT to dislike it :(
but yes, to answer your question it has gone bad and I miss russell t davies :(

the animator probably requested that this be put in the script because they were so excited that the boulder came out a great as it did so he wanted a little reward for himself… at least, that’s what I would have done…
